Jarvis and Hennessey declared fit for Colchester match

Winger Matt Jarvis and Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey have been declared fit for tomorrow's away trip to Colchester.

Jarvis who was suffering from a hip injury has recovered in time for this match, but doubt he will start. Wayne who suffered a mild concussion after colliding with Crystal Palace's Matt Lawrence, but he should be fine to start in the match.
