"We played some very good football and credit to the players for bouncing back after a poor display in the previous game against Stoke," Hoddle said after the game at The Molineux.
"I think it was one of our best performances of the season. In the end we could have won it by three or four and I was delighted by the display and the clean sheet.
"We have always had a belief we can get into the top six and stay there and other people are starting to believe it as well.
"I really think this is where the season starts and the pressure is on everyone."
