The Irishman, who spent most of last season on loan at Kidderminster Harriers, was subject of a move to Hull City at the end of last season, but Wolves rejected that bid.
However, Wolves boss Dave Jones has refused to rule out accepting a bid this time round, as he said: “Clearly we have to properly look into the matter and I shall deal with it when I return to my desk tomorrow."
