Steffen Injury-sen all set to sign

Well, it looks like we’ll be bolstering our forward line with someone who could easily warm the bench or the physio’s table.

Wolves website announces that the Norwegian International is at the Molineux for his medical and that the financial situation has been resolved with Spurs so he’s clear to sign.

As well as that, the club website has managed to post a rare photo of a vertical Iversen.

So now we have a choice of forwards from:

Kenny Miller

Steffen Injury-sen

Nathan Blake

Dean Sturridge

George Ndah – a physio table partner?

Adam Proudlock

I’m sure that Rio Ferdinand and the rest of the central defenders in the Premiership will start their sleepless nights as from tonight. Sleepless due to laughter.

Ok, there’s no transfer fee, but the old addage in life is that ‘you pay for what you get’. Only consolation is that he too is only on a year’s contract.

There is the possibility of him featuring in the pre-season friendly against Den Haag but if we want him to play at Blackburn then we’d better pack him in ice to preserve him for the fixture.

Inspired – not.

Are we keeping the transfer money for when we get relegated ?
