Wolves veteran midfielder Alex Rae has stated that he wishes to take his goalscoring tally into double figures by the end of the seaosn.

The £1 million former Sunderland player has said that he wishes to earn another Division One winners medal to go alongside the one he gained with Sunderland.

"I got a winner's medal with Sunderland and now I want another,"

Rae, who was many peoples man of the match in Wolves last home game against Gillingham after scoring once and supplying another, has stated that he will "...pick up a cash bonus if I get 10 goals before the season is over...".

This bonus will be well deserved if Rae and his team mates do what 18 years worth of Wolves players couldn't: GAIN PROMOTION

Wolves who had a major goal scoring problem earlier in the season with their top goalscorer being in the form of Shaun Newton with just 6 goals after 21 league matches. However goals are no longer a problem with Dean Sturridge and Nathan Blake both in top goals scoring form, along with midfielders Mark Kennedy and Alex Rae himself netting a couple too.

Maybe Alex's 10th goals will be the one that send us to the premiership!
