Wolves sweat on Golbourne

Scott Golbourne is a doubt for Wolves' top of the table showdown with Leyton Orient on Sunday.

The full-back was withdrawn shortly after half-time in the 2-0 Boxing Day victory over Crewe nursing a dead leg and will now be assessed.

Head coach Kenny Jackett must decide whether to recall Leigh Griffiths, Kevin Doyle, Bakary Sako and Bjorn Sigurdarson in attack as Wanderers go in search of the victory which would see them overhaul Orient at the summit of the table.

Right-back Matt Doherty (hamstring) will be hoping to make the matchday 18 having recovered from his hamstring injury.

Lloyd James and David Mooney return from suspension.

James should reclaim his spot in midfield while Mooney will replace Shaun Batt in attack after he limped off during the first half of the Boxing Day win at Gillingham.

The leaders have been dealt another injury blow after goalkeeper Jamie Jones was ruled out for up to three months.

Jones was replaced by Jake Larkins for his league debut against the Gills and afterwards boss Russell Slade revealed his number one has suffered a hairline fracture in his back.
