Head of an FA - What a Joke

Speaking yesterday, obviouly after foot and mouth hit Scotland, Peat is reported to have said after Scotland got battered in Norway, which wasn't Big Chris' fault as he wasn't playing

“Everybody is going berserk about the performance in Norway and everybody knows the performance in Norway wasn’t good,“But what they tend to forget is that had a certain individual not missed an open goal at Hampden in the first match against Norway, we would have been three points ahead regardless and the same pressure wouldn’t have been on us.

“Everybody is dwelling on the last match and we all know we didn’t play well. But had we scored a goal in the home match and ended up with a victory, we would have been three points ahead of Norway.”

A disgraceful statement from the head of a football association, he should do the decent thing and RESIGN now

Scotland manager George Burley has probably sealed his P45 after backing Iwelumo saying "I don't know exactly what George said, he didn't mean it in that manner, "We're a team together; we win together, we lose together and it's not one man's fault. "We haven't qualified for a long time for majors - we need to have a look at the whole structure.

"I spoke to Chris last night and nobody's blaming him at all, nobody's blaming an individual, "We're all in it together."

There has been no comment from big Chris but there wouldn't be from a man who has got some dignity and humilty.....something that this Peat chap needs to learn something aboutt
