The Wolves striker had been named in England Under 21's coach Stuart Pearce's squad for the international friendlies against Norway and France.
However, Ebanks-Blake has withdrawn from the squad with a calf injury and has been replaced in the squad by Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor.
